   Dr. Michelle Lelwica - Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Michelle Lelwica graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern College of Chiropractic. While in graduate school, she served as President of the Student American Chiropractic Association and assisted in the teaching of spinal biomechanics. She has served as Associate Faculty at NWCC, teaching at the university clinic and instructing interns in the care of women and children. She owned a private practice in Eden Prairie before joining the team at Hopkins Health & Wellness Center. She now lives in Pequot Lakes and has started the first multidisciplinary satellite clinic to HHWC, integrating it with a full health fitness facility. When Dr. Lelwica and her husband are not chauffeuring 3 boys to various sporting activities, you can find them on the boat, on the slopes, or working at their country home.

   J.P. Wesp- Licensed Physical Therapist

J.P. graduated from the physical therapy program at the University of Minnesota in 1988 and has been practicing in the Pequot Lakes / Brainerd area since that time.  He has worked amid patients with a wide range of physical problems over the years, but is especially interested in orthopedics, which has been the focus of his continuing education.  J.P. lives in Pequot Lakes with his wife and son.  He enjoys playing music in several area groups, exercising, being outdoors, and camping with his family.

Karen Kullgren - Personal Trainer & Lifestyle Educator

Karen graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified Lifestyle Educator through First Line Therapy.  Karen enjoys teaching people about the mind-body connection through Yoga and meditation.  She loves biking, running, climbing, snowshoeing… anything outdoors!

  Heidi Olson - Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Heidi graduated from The College of St. Catherine in Minneapolis in 1992. She earned her Associates of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy and has since taken many continuing education classes to further enhance her experience. She currently has experience ranging from geriatrics, sports medicine, total joint replacement, chronic pain, and manual therapy. Heidi resides in Breezy Point with her three children. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, swimming, boating, and being with friends.
